Pivot Energy Closes $450 Million in Financing to Support Construction of 300 MWdc of Distributed Generation Projects
Stoel Rives represented Pivot Energy in closing a $450 million debt warehouse facility, which, together with a structured equity investment from HA Sustainable Infrastructure Capital, Inc., in a new project joint venture, will support the construction of a portfolio of 96 distributed generation projects under development by Pivot nationwide. With a total capacity of 300 MWdc and located across California, Colorado, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, and Virginia, the projects are slated to be operational in the next two years.
