Hampton Lumber Acquires Wood-Based Structural Products Manufacturer Redbuilt, LLC

Stoel Rives is pleased to have represented Hampton Lumber in its acquisition of RedBuilt, LLC, a manufacturer of wood-based structural products.

Portland-based Hampton Lumber is a fourth-generation, family-owned lumber and forest management company with more than 1,700 employees that operates numerous sawmills throughout Oregon, Washington, and British Columbia and sustainably produces and sells lumber worldwide.

The Stoel Rives deal team included Jason Brauser, Nicholas Gourley, Emma Daniels, and Adam Dittman.
