House of Design Acquired by Thomas H. Lee Partners, L.P.

BOISE, Idaho – Stoel Rives LLP is pleased to announce that it acted as legal advisor to House of Design in its acquisition by Thomas H. Lee Partners (THL). The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The cross-office, cross-practice team that represented House of Design included Jennifer Johnson (Minneapolis) providing Hart-Scott-Rodino guidance, and Nick Gourley (Boise).
