Represented a real estate investor and developer in the $802 million sale of two lakefront blocks in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood to a German investor. The sale price for the 635,000-square-foot property set a per-square-foot record for a Seattle office asset as of February 2022.
Represented a life science and technology real estate investment trust in the $126 million acquisition of a 1.6-acre parcel of land in Seattle, Washington to be developed into over 600,000 square feet of research and lab space.
Represented a life science and technology real estate investment trust in a $138 million acquisition of a 2.8-acre development site in Seattle, Washington.
Represented joint venture sellers in the $565 million sale of two mixed-use office buildings comprising a total of 541,487 square feet of office space in the Spring District in Bellevue, Washington.
