SEATTLE- Christopher N. Weiss has been named chair of Stoel Rives’ Litigation practice group, which includes more than 200 litigation attorneys practicing in seven offices across the western United States.

Weiss is a principal in the firm’s Seattle office and focuses his practice in the areas of products liability, toxic tort, business and employment litigation involving a wide range of industries including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, computer software and hardware, forest products, chemical production, mining, insurance, financial institutions, real estate, retailing and health care.

Weiss is a graduate of Vanderbilt University School of Law (J.D., 1984) and Hamilton College (B.A. magna cum laude, 1981). He is admitted to the State bar of Washington.
