Geoffrey G. Revelle received a Distinguished Service Award from TerraLex, a global network of independent law firms, for collective leadership in the development and implementation of its Strategic Plan. As a member of TerraLex, Stoel Rives joins forces with the network of 15,000 attorneys to guide clients through the challenges of global business. Revelle serves on the TerraLex Board of Directors and helps U.S. clients with their international needs as well as assisting TerraLex firms' clients with their needs in the United States.
Revelle is a partner in the firm's Seattle office. He focuses his Corporate practice on assisting companies on a broad range of issues, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing, general corporate work, licensing and distribution arrangements, senior executive employment arrangements and business disputes. He is a member of the firm's Renewable Energy Initiative and the Technology Ventures and Energy Ventures practice groups.
Revelle is also the former Executive Vice President of Operations and General Counsel of Attachmate Corporation. His responsibilities at Attachmate included oversight of all areas of operations worldwide, including finance, IT, manufacturing and distribution, legal and human resources. Geoff combines his business and legal experience to provide a broad range of counseling to the firm's clients.
