Andrew Brimmer, selected for inclusion in the area of Business Litigation, is a partner in the Truckee office where he focuses on civil litigation, land use and administrative law matters throughout Northern California, Lake Tahoe and the Sierra. Brimmer, admitted to practice in California and Nevada, obtained his law degree from the University of California, Davis, School of Law, and his B.A. from the University of Virginia.
Michael Campos, selected for inclusion in the area of Environmental Law, is a partner in the Sacramento office. His practice is focused on environmental compliance, land use and natural resource regulation and development, and water law. As a past Executive Director of the California State Water Resources Control Board, Campos played a key role in several major statewide water issues. A registered Agricultural and Civil Engineer, Campos is admitted to practice in California. He obtained his law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, and his B.S. from California State University, Fresno.
Kristen CastaƱos, selected for inclusion in the area of Environmental Law, is a partner in the Sacramento office. Her practice emphasizes land use, the California Environmental Quality Act, the National Environmental Policy Act, water rights, the Endangered Species Act (state and federal), municipal law and takings pursuant to the Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. CastaƱos, admitted to practice in California, obtained her law degree and B.A. from the University of California, Davis.
Timothy Taylor, selected for inclusion in the area of Environmental Litigation, maintains his practice in the Sacramento office, where he also serves as managing partner for Stoel Rives' four California offices. He focuses his practice on land use and environmental law with particular emphasis on the California Environmental Quality Act and related litigation, including appellate work. Taylor, admitted to practice in California, obtained his law and master's degrees from the University of California, Los Angeles, and his B.A. from Dartmouth College.
