Goldfarb is a member of the firm in the Corporate group. He practices in the banking, corporate and commercial law areas. With nearly 30 years in practice, he has special experience in secured transactions for banks, other financial institutions and borrowers, as well as in regulatory matters.
He is a graduate of Harvard Law School (J.D. cum laude, 1980) and Harvard College (A.B. magna cum laude, 1977) and is admitted to the state bars of Washington and Alaska.
