PORTLAND- Stoel Rives has named Joan P. Snyder as leader of the firm's Resources, Development and Environment practice group. In this management role, Snyder will oversee the efforts of the nearly 90 Stoel Rives lawyers assisting clients with natural resource development and restoration projects, project permitting, real estate development and finance, water resources planning, environmental compliance, and environmental, land use and natural resources litigation. Snyder joined Stoel Rives in 1986 and has been a partner since 1992.
