PORTLAND- Thirty-one attorneys from the Portland office of Stoel Rives LLP were chosen by their peers for inclusion in
Super Lawyers magazine, an honor accorded to only 5 percent of the lawyers in Oregon. More than 10,000 Oregon lawyers were invited by
Law & Politics magazine to nominate the best attorneys whose work they have personally observed.
Barnes H. Ellis, a Stoel Rives principal, was again named in the Top 10 Oregon Super Lawyers list (where he was the second top vote-getter). Four Stoel Rives attorneys—more than from any other firm—were among the among the Top 25 Women—Courtney Angeli, Nancy Cowgill, Emily Karr and Chris Kitchel. Additionally, Kitchel joined Henry H. Hewitt and Robert J. Moorman in the Top 50.
