Sotomayor Likely an Even-Handed Judge of Business Issues

Stoel Rives attorney Dennis Westlind discussed in Business Insurance President Obama's nomination of Judge Sonia Sotomayor to the U.S. Supreme Court. Sotomayor currently serves on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Westlind said Sotomayor's record indicated that she would likely be an even-handed judge of business issues. "You just don't seem to be able to find any sort of political agenda" in her decisions, he noted.
