Show Me the (Stimulus) Money

Stoel Rives attorneys Graham Noyes and Janet Jacobs reviewed in GreenBiz.com the Stoel Rives guide to federal clean energy funding opportunities under the $787 billion American Recovery and Reinvestment Act ("ARRA"). Titled "Show Me The Money," the guide reviews the various programs and potential sources of federal funding and loan guarantees for clean energy companies and projects.

According Noyes and Jacobs, further changes to these stimulus programs are anticipated, including the Food Energy and Conservation Act, the Energy Independence and Security Act, the Energy Policy Act and significant state programs. Stoel Rives will include these and any other changes to the stimulus in the second edition of "Show Me the Money," which is already underway and will be released this summer.
