THE Construction Contracts Program

Join Stoel Rives partners Karl F. Oles and Stevan D. Phillips in Seattle at "THE Construction Contracts Program: Understanding and Negotiating the Critical Clauses in the Industry Form Documents" presented by the ABA Forum on the Construction Industry on November 3, 2011.

Oles will serve as moderator for the event, and Phillips will speak on insurance and indemnity in this day-long seminar aimed at teaching participants how well-drafted documents can mitigate common project risks. The program will help end-users (architects; engineers; general contractors; commercial, institutional and infrastructure owners/developers; and construction attorneys) understand the current AIA construction documents, ConsensusDOCS and other standard industry contract documents.
