This presentation begins with a primer on various financial and contract terms used in a procurement contract and other financial documents, then moves on to address the various issues of a procurement contract from the perspectives of both the energy storage system provider and the buyer.
In addition to serving as Conference Chair, Bill Holmes will instruct and moderate the pre-conference workshop, Developing the Business Case for Grid Storage, from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 5. This half-day workshop is designed to provide a comprehensive introduction to the regulated energy market and what grid storage providers need to know to successfully participate in business opportunities. The workshop will provide a solid foundation to attendees wishing to get up to speed on how to make the most comprehensive business case for grid storage to potential market participants and buyers.
