Experience
Alex Oh is an associate in the Technology and Intellectual Property group. His practice focuses on U.S. and foreign patent strategy, preparation and prosecution for life sciences technologies in a wide variety of areas, including biotechnology, chemistry, pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Alex also has experience with intellectual property litigation support, freedom to operate assessments, intellectual property counseling, due diligence reviews, and patent infringement and validity analyses.
Before joining Stoel Rives, Alex was a judicial intern for the Honorable N. Patrick Crooks of the Wisconsin Supreme Court (2010), a student attorney at the Law & Entrepreneurship Clinic at the University of Wisconsin Law School (2009), and a summer associate at Stoel Rives (2008, 2009). He was also a graduate teaching assistant for the Department of Chemistry at the University of Wisconsin – Madison (2008-2010).
