Experience
Devin McComb is an associate in the Real Estate and Construction group and focuses his practice on real estate law. Devin has represented buyers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties, from the negotiation and drafting of purchase and sale agreements and other transaction documents through closing. He is experienced in drafting and negotiating leases, subleases and ground leases for commercial, industrial, office and retail landlords and tenants, as well as subordination agreements and landlord waivers and consents.
Before joining Stoel Rives, Devin was an associate at Seyfarth Shaw LLP in Chicago (2006-2010).
