Endangered Species Act

If you conduct business in the western United States, odds are very good that you've been affected—or soon will be—by the Endangered Species Act (ESA). Conflicts with the ESA will only increase as more species are listed, particularly when those species occupy scarce habitats in and around urban centers, watersheds, and industrial and agricultural operations.
