Overview
Katina Wilson is Stoel Rives’ Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Manager and is tasked with providing strategic and administrative support for the firm’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, programs, and trainings. Katina is a strategic thinker and relationship builder who focuses on elevating diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging and leading organizational and operational change.
Before joining Stoel Rives, Katina was the owner and CEO of Wilson Diversity Consulting. She has served as a senior diversity and HR leader for for-profit, nonprofit, and small businesses since 1994.
