Jessica has experience conducting trademark clearance searches and assisting with the preparation and prosecution of trademark applications and registrations in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office She has assisted in opposition and cancellation proceedings in the TTAB and coordinated with attorneys and foreign counsel to conduct global investigations and enforcement actions.
Before joining Stoel Rives, Jessica was a trademark paralegal and trademark legal assistant with Munck Wilson Mandala (2021–2023) and a trademark analyst with Corsearch (2019–2021).
