Overview
Audrey Scholer practices in Stoel Rives’ Litigation group. Audrey has a range of litigation experience in different matters. She has represented clients at mediation and arbitration and assisted in settlement negotiations.
Before joining Stoel Rives, Audrey was an associate with a regional law firm and served as a law clerk to the Hon. Molly J. Huskey of the Idaho Court of Appeals. While attending law school, she was a judicial extern to the Hon. David C. Nye of the District of Idaho; an intern with the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, Washington Criminal I Section; and an extern in the U.S. Attorney’s Office, District of Idaho.
