Overview

For nearly three decades, Steven Hull has helped public and private companies, investors, and individuals achieve their strategic business goals in various sophisticated corporate transactions, including deals involving private equity firms and minority investments. Steven regularly represents clients in financing transactions and securities law matters. Steven is recognized in Chambers USA and Best Lawyers in America® for his mergers and acquisitions and corporate law skill.

In addition to his knowledge of mergers and acquisitions, Steven’s practice extends to other areas of corporate law. He frequently represents buyers, sellers, and institutional investors in diverse M&A transactions, strategic investments, and joint ventures. Moreover, Steven offers legal counsel to owners of privately held companies, guiding them through the process of selling their businesses. His proficiency in venture capital financing is evident as he advises investors and companies, from early-stage startups to late-stage companies. His comprehensive approach includes assisting clients with deal terms, securities law matters, securities regulation and corporate governance compliance for public companies, and executive compensation arrangements for employers and executives.
